Santa Barbara Courthouse Wedding | Becky + Linus!

Their story begins on a beach in Costa Rica.  She just wanted to go for a swim, unfortunately, she had all her stuff with her.  So she looked around, and there he was, just sitting there reading and enjoying his vacation.  She walked over, and asked him to keep an eye on her stuff.  This was their first meeting, and it would lead to the day before us.  After successfully monitoring her belongings, they mutually decided to continue their separate Costa Rican vacations together.  From there they continued to date, and then he asked her to marry.  Now, they gather with family and friends to celebrate their Santa Barbara Courthouse wedding.

The Santa Barbara Courthouse is a beautiful location to share your wedding vows.  Whether it’s the lush gardens surrounding the property or the historic Spanish architecture, there are romantic photo spots at every turn.  This truly is an amazing space to shoot, I think our favorite is the gorgeous indoor staircase!

After the first look and romantic couples photos all over the grounds, we went upstairs to the Mural Room.  There they had a very touching, intimate ceremony with about 40 of their closest friends and family. After this was done, we went out to the garden area for the family photos.  We then took MORE romantic photos ( can never take enough of those) at the Bell Tower and on the outskirts of the Santa Barbara Courthouse before we headed to the Wine Cask, A very intimate venue.  While the venue was small, we still managed to capture the first dances, as well as a cake cutting before we ended the evening!
